Regina Legislature Grounds

Besides the beauty of the buildings itself, the surrounding park is one of North America's largest urban parks and serves as a delightful escape from city life.

Regina's Legislative Building sits at the foot of Wascana Lake.  Built of Tyndal stone quarried in Manitoba, the structure was completed in 1912 at a cost of $1.75 M double its estimated cost.

Regina Beach

A short 45 minute drive northwest of Regina finds one at Regina Beach, a place originally made accessible and popular by the CPR railroad in 1912.
